Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Down Your High Street Ltd customer, Down Your High Street Ltd employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination. You can remove your Down Your High Street Ltd store at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove all content you have stored on the Service.

  14. Please be aware that the commission is stipulated when a shop registers to sell with and there are additional transaction fees that incur when sales are made. The transaction fees are taken by Adyen, our payment gateway and start at 1%. If a customer purchases with PayPal then sellers are subject to their fees as a third party payment option.
  15. The failure of Down Your High Street Ltd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Down Your High Street Ltd and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Down Your High Street Ltd (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
  16. You retain ownership over all content that you submit to a Down Your High Street Ltd store, however, by making your store public, you agree to allow others to view your content.

You shall not purchase search engine or other pay per click keywords (such as Google AdWords), or domain names that use Down Your High Street Ltd or Down Your High Street Ltd trademarks and/or variations and misspellings thereof. Down Your High Street Ltd does not pre-screen content and it is in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
  18. You may not download images from the website in any circumstances. The Main landing pages of each category and home page are either licensed to the shop owner or in most cases we use stock images purchased via the Shutter Stock website. These are used for the sole purpose to direct you to the page. These products where shutter stock images are concerned are in no way available for sale and only used as a reference to point you to your location within the website.
